Wilbee Films worked with the Bristol Improv Theatre to talk to improvisers about why they keep coming back to shows, classes and jams again and again.

Originally, we wanted to have a serious look at this 'can't get enough' attitude improvisers have, but over the course of shooting and editing, this film became more of a love letter to improv and the wonderful Bristol Improv community.

We take a look into what improv is, the misconceptions around it as well as its benefits to people on and off stage.
